Fahrenheit GmbH

Fahrenheit GmbH, founded in 2002 under its former name SorTech AG, is a spin-off technology development company from the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems (ISE) in Freiburg.

Fahrenheit has quickly evolved to be the market and innovation leader for adsorption cooling. The technology, initially intended as a solution for solar cooling, has since become established in numerous applications in Industry and Manufacturing, Data Centers (HPC), Combined Heat & Power Systems, and Automotive Cooling Solutions.

Its business model is built upon the extensive experience of the founders in renewable energy project developments in Germany and France. The company was launched in 2008 and relocated in 2017 from Valparaiso to Santiago. Intervento is managed by TRIVENTO Holding SpA, another portfolio company of forseo.

TRITEC Intervento SpA, a Chilean-Swiss-German joint venture is the leading supplier of solar PV rooftop systems in Chile. The company was founded in 2011 and is based in Santiago.

Solaria Corporation and NEXTracker

Solaria designs, develops and manufactures highly efficient crystalline photovoltaic modules with a proprietary “Cell Multiplication” technology. The company is based in Fremont, California.
NEXTracker is a spin-off of Solaria Corporation and focuses on horizontal tracking systems for large-scale solar parks. In 2015 Flextronics acquired NEXTracker for 330 Mio. US $.

Das Grüne Emissionshaus GmbH develops, implements and manages international windpower projects. After the project developments in France and Chile had been transferred to dge holding GmbH, DGE was purchased in 2013 in a management buyout by its executive director.

Intervent S.A.

In 2012 ENERCON, one of the largest manufacturers of wind turbines and a technology leader of the sector, acquired all shares of Intervent S.A., the French wind park developer of dge holding GmbH.
